Refund Policy for Services (labor)

You are entitled to cancel your appointment without giving any reason for doing so as long as the tech is not already traveling to your location for a full refund. There will be a 25 dollar travel free for any appointment cancelled while the tech in route to your location or at your location.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must call or text us at 816-434-0555 and get a confirmation of cancellation. Please leave a message with the assistant if you call so we will have record of your contact notice to cancel.

We will reimburse you as soon as possible based on how quickly the financial institutions allow it. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

In order for services to be eligible for a return:

• Labor is not refundable unless the service was not performed. Services not performed successfully may be refunded in full or partially at the discretion of the on-site tech depending on the nature of the issue.
